This uni-directional integration pushes Zuper’s estimates and invoices to Xero.
1. Open a new tab in your browser once you are logged in to your Zuper Account.
Click on your Profile Picture in
the top right corner of the screen and select the “App Store.”
Note: With Zuper
and Xero tabs open, you can switch between the tabs for integration. Switch
to the Zuper tab on your browser and log in to your Zuper account.4. A pop-up will
appear, and you need to check and provide access to the data flow by clicking
on the “Allow Access” button.
a. Zuper API Key (Mandatory Field) – Enter the Zuper API key.(Click here: How to generate Zuper API Key).
Note: You need to have a
dedicated account that uses Zuper API key for the smooth Zuper-Xero
Integration. g. Delete Cancelled Invoice /
Estimate (Mandatory Field) – You can
choose either “Yes” or “No” to remove the canceled invoice or quotations in Xero,
which got synced from Zuper.
Note: A check mark on the “Enable Payments on this
account” will help you map the line-item account code
if you use the same account code for the product and payments. Select the “Update” button to connect Xero app with Zuper.
1. log in to your Zuper account and create a quotation from the left panel.
Based on the configuration done, the quotation sync happens in Xero.
Zuper:
The quotation created in Zuper will be reflected in Xero based on earlier installation steps.
Xero:
Once a quote is
created in Zuper, it will be reflected in Xero based on the installation
settings.
2. The invoice created in Zuper will be reflected in Xero based on earlier installation steps.
In this case, the partially paid invoice of Zuper will be reflected in Xero.
Zuper:Xero:
The invoice with full payment
status in Zuper will be reflected as “Paid” based on the installation settings.
Zuper:
Xero:
Once a quote is deleted in Zuper, it will be reflected in Xero based on the integration settings as “Deleted” in Xero.
3. The status mapping between Zuper and Xero is as follows:
