Click on your Profile Picture in
the top right corner of the screen and select the “App Store.”
Note: With Zuper
and Sage Intacct tabs open, you can switch between the tabs for
integration. Switch to the Zuper tab on your browser and log in to your Zuper
account. Update Zuper Settings by configuring the following fields:
a. Sage Sender ID (Mandatory Field) – Enter the Sender ID from Sage.
b. Sage Sender Password (Mandatory Field) – Enter the sender’s password from Sage.
c. Sage Company ID (Mandatory Field) – Enter the company ID from Sage's Login Page.
Select the “Update” button to connect Sage Intacct app with Zuper.
1. Log in to your Sage Intacct account and sync various applicable modules based on the configuration done.
i) Zuper as a source:
The data from the Organizations module in Zuper will get synced with the Customers module in Sage.
Organization:
When you choose the Organizations module in Zuper, any changes made to it, including the field creation and updates, will sync with the Sage Customers module.
You can view the “Sage Customer ID”
under the organization’s details
tab.
2. The data from Customers in Zuper get synced with Contacts in Sage.
Customers:
When you choose the Customers module in Zuper, any changes made to it, including the field creation and updates will sync with the Sage Contacts module.
Invoices:
Any
changes made in the Invoices module in Zuper, including the field creation and
updates will sync with the Sage Invoice module. You can view the Sage Invoice
ID.
The data from Items in Sage get synced with Products in Zuper.
Items:
If you select the Items module in Sage and make changes to it, including creation and updates, they will be synced with the Zuper Products module.
4. The data from Payments in Sage get synced with Payments in Zuper.
Payments:
When
you choose the Payments module in Sage, any changes made to it, including the
field creation and updates will sync with the Zuper Payments module.
This integration
of Zuper and Sage Intacct syncs related modules with a single click,
eliminating the need to traverse back and forth between the two systems.
