How to integrate and use Sage Intacct with Zuper?

With the bi-directional integration of Zuper and Sage Intacct, you can seamlessly transfer Zuper invoices and customer information to Sage while also importing inventory and payment data from Sage Intacct into Zuper.

A. How to connect your Sage Intacct with Zuper? 

1. Open a new tab in your browser once you are logged in to your Zuper Account.

Click on your Profile Picture in the top right corner of the screen and select the “App Store.



2. Under the “Browse by Category,select the “Accounting and Payments” option and choose “Sage Intacct.”




3. Click on the “Install Sage Intacct” button.



Note: With Zuper and Sage Intacct tabs open, you can switch between the tabs for integration. Switch to the Zuper tab on your browser and log in to your Zuper account. 

Update Zuper Settings by configuring the following fields:

a. Sage Sender ID (Mandatory Field)Enter the Sender ID from Sage. 

b. Sage Sender Password (Mandatory Field) – Enter the sender’s password from Sage. 

c. Sage Company ID (Mandatory Field) – Enter the company ID from Sage's Login Page.

d. Sage User ID – Enter the user ID from Sage's Login Page.

e. Sage User Password (Mandatory Field) – Enter the user’s password from Sage's Login Page.

f. Save Customers  – You can choose either “Yes or “No” to sync the customer from your Zuper account.

g. Save OrganizationsYou can choose either “Yes or “No” to sync the organizations from your Zuper account.

h. Save ProductsYou can choose either “Yes or “No” to sync the products from your Sage account.

i. Identify customer By You can choose either “None,”Name,” or “Email” to recognize the customer field.

j. Invoice Custom Field for Location Enter the “Invoice Custom Field” from Sage’s account receivable module for location.

k. Default Payment Mode UID in ZuperContact Zuper’s Customer Support to get this Payment Mode UID.

l. Default Product Category UID in ZuperContact Zuper’s Customer Support to get this Product Category UID.

m. Zuper API Key (Mandatory Field) - Enter the Zuper API key.(Click here: How to generate Zuper API Key).


 Select the “Update” button to connect Sage Intacct app with Zuper.


B. How does Zuper – Sage Intacct Integration work?

1. Log in to your Sage Intacct account and sync various applicable modules based on the configuration done.

i) Zuper as a source:

The data from the Organizations module in Zuper will get synced with the Customers module in Sage.

Organization:

When you choose the Organizations module in Zuper, any changes made to it, including the field creation and updates, will sync with the Sage Customers module.

You can view the “Sage Customer ID” under the organization’s details tab. 


2. The data from Customers in Zuper get synced with Contacts in Sage.

Customers:

When you choose the Customers module in Zuper, any changes made to it, including the field creation and updates will sync with the Sage Contacts module.



3. The data from Invoices in Zuper get synced with Sales invoices in Sage.

Invoices:

Any changes made in the Invoices module in Zuper, including the field creation and updates will sync with the Sage Invoice module. You can view the Sage Invoice ID.





ii) Sage as a source:

The data from Items in Sage get synced with Products in Zuper.

Items:

If you select the Items module in Sage and make changes to it, including creation and updates, they will be synced with the Zuper Products module. 



4. The data from Payments in Sage get synced with Payments in Zuper.

Payments:

When you choose the Payments module in Sage, any changes made to it, including the field creation and updates will sync with the Zuper Payments module.


This integration of Zuper and Sage Intacct syncs related modules with a single click, eliminating the need to traverse back and forth between the two systems.


C. How to Uninstall your Sage Intacct from Zuper? 

1. Open a new tab in your browser once you are logged in to your Zuper Account.

Click on your Profile Picture in the top right corner of the screen and select the “App Store.



2. Under the “Browse by Category,” select the “Accounting and Payments,“ option and choose “Sage Intacct.



3. Click on the “Uninstall App” button.



3. The Sage Intacct app is uninstalled successfully.

This simplifies module-specific actions and reduces time spent switching between systems.
