How to use HubSpot Sales Integration with Zuper?

The HubSpot Sales – Zuper integration helps create a job using Zuper against the various deals present in HubSpot. 

1. Visit: app.hubspot.com and log in with your credentials. Then, under the "Sales" tab, select the "Deals" option.



2. Select the sales deal for which you will create a new job.


3. Select the "Create Job" button to create the job for the sales deal.



4. You can fill in the required details under the Jobs module. Select the "Date" and "Time" for the job using assisted scheduling feature. You can select either "Resources View" or "Slot View." Select the "Use this schedule" button to plan for the job.



5. Choose the required property and use the "Select Property" button to link it with the job.



6. Choose the required asset and use the "Select Asset" button to link it with the job.



7. Choose the required contract and use the "Select Contract" button to link it with the job.



8. Select the "Create Job" button to create a new job and complete the new job against the deal.



9. Now on the Zuper Web App, you can view the job created. Under the "HubSpot Deal Link", Select the "Open Link" option to view the job.



10. From the HubSpot page also, you can view the Zuper Job details. Select the "Track Technician" option.



11. The track technician link shows once the job is marked "On my way," it helps to view and track the technicians and the ETA within HubSpot.


The business easily can ensure the deal conversion to job done successfully. In addition, with the bi-directional data flow, job details get updated on both apps (HubSpot CRM & Zuper).
