With Zuper Pro’s consumer financing
powered by Wisetack, your customers will have the option to finance their jobs
when you send estimates and invoices.
Now the customers can get finance from
Wisetack to pay for field services. With the Wisetack – Zuper Integration,
businesses can offer Wisetack financing to their customers for high quotes.
When customers choose Wisetack Financing, the business gets paid from Wisetack,
while the customer can pay the invoice amount to Wisetack in installments.
The financing option helps businesses
offer finance to their customers ranging from $500 to $25,000.
Six Phases:

To onboard new merchants for consumer
financing via Wisetack, kindly contact our Support
Team at support@zuper.co.

Once submitted, the information provided takes up to 5 business days to review.
The configurations are the pre-defined settings that enable the admin to
modify the essential details.
1. Select the “Settings” icon from the left panel and choose the “Organization Settings” section.
2. Under the “Configurations,” select the “Quotation and Invoice Settings.”
3. . Enable the “Financing” module by setting the following details:
a. Enable Financing – Select this as Yes to enable consumer financing.
b. Payment Mode Facilitating
the Payment (Mandatory) – Choose the payment mode as “Wisetack.”
c. Amount Range to facilitate financing
option (in USD) (Mandatory) – The default range is $500 - $25000.

Note: The business can modify the financing
option as per the need.
The eligibility check is a significant
part of the Pre-Qualification phase. The business and customer can know about
the eligible amount with the maximum qualifying criteria set by Wisetack.
The pre-qualification happens in the Quotes module. Based on the qualifying amount,
the business and customers can choose another payment mode if they wish.
1. Select the “Quotations” module from the left panel and choose the “+ New Quote” option. Fill in the necessary “Customer & Job Details,” “Billing Contact,” and “Billing Address” information.
Enter the necessary “Parts and Services.”
Note: Based on the final amount, the finance section
specifying the approximate details of the finance, tenure, and interest will be
visible to the customer at the bottom of the screen.

Select the "Quotes" module from the top-left hamburger icon. Next, select the "+ “ icon from
the bottom-right corner to create a new Quote.
Fill in the necessary “Customer & Job
Details,” “Billing Contact,” and “Billing
Address” information, followed by the Line items.
Note: The finance section specifying the approximate
details of the finance, tenure, and interest will be visible to the customer at
the bottom of the screen.
4. . Save
the draft version of the quote by selecting the “Save”
option on the pop-up window.
Select the “Send Pre-Qualification” link to
the customer to check their eligibility amount, or the application form can be
filled out by the customer directly on the form during the field service.

6. Fill in the “Mobile Number” and “Purpose
(Mandatory Field)” and click the “Send Prequalification Link” button.

Pre-qualification” button.
7. The “Pre-qualification” can be sent as a link while
sending a quote. Mark a check on the “check box,” which will add the “Pre-qualification” link
to the email. Now choose the “Send” button.
8. In the bottom right section of the screen, the financing
status will display the qualified amount, expired
date, requested by, and external link. Under the “More”
dropdown, select
the “Mark as Accepted” to
accept the quote.
9. Select the required line items and choose the “Mark
as Accepted” button
on the pop-up window.
10. A pop-up window will prompt you to collect the
deposit amount for the quotation. Select “Yes” to
confirm.
11. Fill in the necessary deposit collection
information on the pop-up window and select the “Collect Deposit” button. Under the “More”
dropdown, select the “Convert to Invoice” option. Select the “Convert” button on the pop-up for a quote to get converted as an invoice.
By following the above steps, businesses and
customers can know about the eligible amount with the
maximum qualifying criteria set by Wisetack.
The
pre-qualification link is an optional one. The business can directly create an
invoice, and customers can opt-in for a finance if needed.
After following the steps above to convert the quote
to an invoice, you can verify the invoice details from the following steps.

the bottom of the screen. 1. Verify the
pre-filled “Customer & Job Details,” “Billing
Contact,” and “Billing
Address” information as the invoice is converted from the
quotation.
2. Verify the necessary “Item
Details.” The final amount will be displayed and saved in the
invoice as a draft.

Contact,” and “Billing Address” information, followed by the Line items.

Note: The finance section specifying the approximate
details of the financing, tenure, and interest will be visible to the customer at
the bottom of the screen.

3. Save the draft version of the invoice by selecting
the “Save as Draft” option on the pop-up window.
4. The invoice creation is done successfully.
5. The saved invoice draft has been sent to the
customer, and the status has been updated successfully.
Next, you can
view the “Financing Options
Available” section. First, select the “Send Financing Application” button on the Web App.

Select the “Share with Customer” button or use the “Fill Now” option on the Mobile App.
6. Enter the Mandatory fields – USD Amount and Purpose. Next, fill in the optional fields: Completion Date,
Mobile Number, First Name, Last Name, and the email.

Name, Last Name, and the email.
7. Customers can review and accept the terms of
Wisetack. The status will be updated as “Terms Accepted” after the customer
agrees with the terms.
The Financing section in the middle of the screen shows the Financing Application status.

Once the job is complete and the customer approves the job
completion, Wisetack will release the finance amount to the business.
The
status in our Zuper App will change to “Amount Settled.”
The
details will be sent to the customer’s registered email and SMS that Wisetack
has settled the finance.
An initiated finance can be canceled
during one of the following scenarios.
1.
Edit Invoice: (Mandatory)
Financing
will be canceled if the due amount is less than the requested finance amount or if
the customer is changed.
This is
a Mandatory scenario.
2.
Invoice Detail (Cancellation)
The finance will be canceled if the invoice is canceled from the invoice detail page.
3.
Archived Invoices (Back-office cancellation message will be displayed)
Only the
Manager will have access to cancel the finance in case of the invoice is archived
from the mobile apps.
4. Mark as paid
(Invoice Detail | Back-office cancellation Message
will be displayed).
If the amount
due is equal to the requested finance amount, the Manager or the back office can
only cancel the finance.
5. Collect Payment (Stripe)

In the case
of stripe payments, if the amount due is equal to the requested finance amount,
the Manager or the back office can only cancel the finance.
6.
Delete Invoice (Only Manager App or Back office)
The Manager
will cancel the finance.

With this significant Zuper-Wisetack integration,
now the customers no need to worry about the amount, and based on the
customer's eligibility, the amount of finance applied will be approved.
6. Accessing Finance History
All Finance history can be viewed on a single page:

Accounting -->Financing.
Financing has two primary tabs:
1. Pre-qualifications: All finance pre-qualification
histories of the customer can be tracked under this tab.
2. Finance Applications: The
customer's finance application history can be tracked under this tab.
Note: You can view each line item using the Action a view icon
and filter the required details using
the filter icon
