2. Click "Create or Port a number" to add a new number to Aircall.
With our new Zuper-Aircall integration, you can connect your Aircall
account to Zuper, automatically send outbound SMS, and make & receive calls through
your Aircall number.
Note: The
"Phone Call" option should be enabled for the customers.
4. Click
"Authorize"
to access information
from your Aircall account.
5. Update
Zuper settings by configuring the following fields:
i) Zuper API Key (Mandatory)
- Enter Zuper's API Key. (Click here: How to generate Zuper
API Key).
ii) Sync Customer (Mandatory):
Choose "Yes" to enable the sync of
Zuper's customer module with Aircall. Choose "No" to
disable the sync.
iii) Sync Team (Mandatory):
Choose "Yes" to enable the sync of
Zuper's team module with Aircall. Choose "No" to disable
the sync.
iv) Sync User (Mandatory)):
Choose "Yes" to enable the sync of
Zuper's user module with Aircall. Choose "No" to disable
the sync.
v) Aircall from Number: Enter the 10-digit Aircall number from which you wish to send outbound SMS. This number should be SMS enabled and registered in the respective country where it is intended, such as A2P10DLC registration in the US.

To enable Aircall integration on your account, kindly
contact our Support Team at support@zuper.co. Select the “Customer” module from the left panel and choose the Customer you want to notify.
Navigation: Customers --> Edit Customer --> Notification Preferences.With the cloud-based
integration of Zuper - Aircall, the back office customer team efficiently
solves customer queries with messages, makes outgoing calls, and attends
incoming calls.
