How to create product categories for parts/services on the Zuper Web App?
The users should pre-define the product categories for the
parts/services under the settings module so that while using the parts/services
module, the product categories will be pre-filled.

Navigation: Settings ->Parts & Services -> Configurations
1.
Select
the “Settings” module from the left panel and choose the “Parts &
Services” section under the “Configuration Settings.”2. Under “Configurations,” select the “Product
Category” option.
3. Select
the “+ New Category” option to add the new product category.
4. Enter the following details on the “+
New Category” pop-up:

Category Name
(Mandatory
Field)
|
The name of
the product’s category.
(The category
name should be of a maximum of 28 characters).

Icon for
Product Category
|
Choose the
relevant icon for a product category.
|
|
Category
Description
|
The
description of the product category.
|
Select the “Save Category”
option to save the product category and select the “Close” option to
exit the pop-up.
5. Select the edit icon
to modify the product category.
6. Enter the following details on the “Update
Product Category” pop-up:

Category Name
(Mandatory
Field)
|
The name of
the product’s category.
(The category
name should be of a maximum of 28 characters).

|
Choose the
relevant icon for the product category.

Category
Description
|
The
description of the category.

6.
Select the delete icon
to
delete the existing category, and a pop-up will appear to confirm the “Delete”
option.
Now, the users can fill the product categories of the parts/services by pre-defining
the product categories.
