How to create notifications and alerts (customer notifications - reminders)?

Notifications and alerts help to notify or alert the customers efficiently. You can set time to either "Fixed Time" or "Relative Time." You can set reminders as either "SMS" or "Email." You can choose from the available and applicable components. 

1. Select the "Settings --> Notification & Alerts" module from the left navigation panel. 


2. Then, Select "Customer Reminder" from the "Customer Notifications." subsection and choose "+ New Reminder." 


3. On the "New Customer Reminder" page, enter the "Reminder Type."



4. Select the notification type, reminder type. If you select the "Fixed Type" option, "Remind At" will displaor If you select the "Relative to Time" option, the / Remind Before" will display. 


5. You can type the necessary contents and select the "Available Components.


6. Select "Save Reminder." to save the customer reminder option.
