How to create a new customer/contact in the Zuper web app?

The "Customers" module is a key component that allows users to manage and interact with their client base effectively. This module typically includes features like customer profiles, contact information, transaction history, and communication logs. By organizing customer data in one place, Zuper enables businesses to maintain strong relationships with their clients, track interactions, and provide personalized services.

The Customers module may also work with other features, like invoicing, payments, and reporting. It allows users to easily link customer information to financial transactions. This holistic approach helps businesses manage their customer relationships more efficiently and improve overall client satisfaction.

In addition to bulk importing customer data to Zuper, users can create a new customer one at a time in three different ways.
NavigationCustomers --> + New Customer 

You can create a new customer using one of the following methods:
  • Through Quick Actions in the top navigation bar.
  • Through the New Job form
  • From the Customers listing page.

Quick Actions 

  1. Click the "New" button on the Quick Actions in the top navigation bar. 
  2. Select "Customer" in the drop-down. You will be redirected to the New Customer form.
  3. Fill out the form and click "Submit" to add the new customer.

New Job forms

1. Navigate to the New Job form using one of the available options.
2. In the New Job form, click the "New Customerlink.
3. A pop-up with the "New Customer" form will appear. Complete the form and submit it.                                                             



Customers listing page:

1. Select the Customers module from the left navigation menu.
2. Click +Create New Customer.”



3. Enter the "Customer Information."
  1. Customer First Name (Mandatory) -  Type the name of the customer. 
  2. Email (Mandatory) - Type the customer's email ID.


4. Fill in the Contact Information and Account Details sections. 


     
5. Enter the "Service Contact Info" and "Billing Contact Info."



6. Click the "Save Customer" button to successfully create the customer. 



7. The new customer is now created successfully. 



Customers are vital to your business, and Zuper’s detailed sections help you efficiently record all key customer information.
