During the initial setup by Zuper, all the configuration and workflows of a company are configured in the staging or test environment and are given to the Organization to validate.
Once these are tested and confirmed by the Organization, the same are cloned to the production account.

Without disturbing the production environment, the Organization can use the same staging account to test out any new flows or configurations.

To access the staging mode on the Zuper pro application, please follow the below instructions,

• Open the Zuper pro application.
• Triple tap on the welcome screen, this will bring up a pop. 
• Here select "Training." 
• Now enter the company name and click on "Next."
• Now enter the email address and Password.
• Now click on Login.
  

 

Note: The same process can be used to shift from Staging to Live
