How to access and manage customers in the Zuper mobile app?

The customer module in Zuper is designed to streamline the management of customer information. It allows you to efficiently handle customer details, facilitating easy communication via email or phone and providing quick access to service addresses. This module is essential for keeping track of customer interactions and ensuring accurate records.

In this article, you will learn how to navigate the customer listing and the details pages. We'll cover how to view and search for customers, apply filters, and sort data, as well as how to add notes and manage customer-related activities. Customers listing page

1. Click the "Clients" module from the top-left hamburger icon. 
2. Select the “Customers” module from the drop-down list.

3. On the Customers listing page, you can view all the customers in the list view.

4. Use the “Search” icon to view the particular customer details.

5. Use the down arrow to access the quick filter.

6. Use the “Filter” icon to sort and filter customer details. Click the “Apply” button to view the filtered list.

2. Select the “Customers” module from the drop-down list.
3. Select any of the customers to view their details.

4. Use the “Call” and “Email” options to contact the customer.

5. To add a note, click the “+ Add Note” option.
  1. Enter the note text.
  2. You can add images, audio, video, and documents as attachments. 
  3. Use the “+” option to associate the notes with other modules. 
  4. Choose whether to make the note public or private.
  5. Click the "Save" button to add the new notes.

 the + New” button to create a new Job, Quote, or Invoice.
