The properties module in Zuper is designed to help you manage your property details efficiently. This module allows you to associate properties with customers and create new jobs for them. By utilizing the Properties module, you can easily keep track of property information and streamline service delivery.
In this article, you'll learn how to navigate both the properties listing and details pages. We’ll cover how to view and search for properties, apply filters, add notes, and manage property-related activities. Properties listing page
You
can view the list of properties and their details.
1. Click the
"Clients" module from the top-left
hamburger icon.

2. On the Properties listing page, you can
view all the properties in the list view.

3. Use the “Search” icon to view the particular property.

se the down arrow to view the quick filter . Mobile:

5. Use the “Filter” icon to sort and
filter the property details. Click the “Apply” button to view the filtered
list.

Properties details page
1. Select the "Clients" module from the top-left hamburger icon.
2. Select the “Properties” module from the drop-down list.

3. Select any of the properties to view their details.
4. Use the “Navigate” option to reach the property.

5. To add a note, use the notes option. With the Notes feature, you can capture and upload various types of content in real time, including:
Photo:
Click the Notes icon from the quick actions bar. By default, you'll land in the Photos section. Capture a photo using the camera in 0.6x or 1.0x size (multi-capture is allowed).
Videos:
To capture a video, switch to video mode in the Notes section and proceed to record a video.
Audio:
Record and upload audio directly to the note. You can retake the recording or save it once you're satisfied.
Documents:
Upload or attach relevant documents from your device.
Text:
Use the text option to enter or edit text within the note.
Scan:
Capture and upload digital versions of physical documents using the Scan option. You can also crop the edges after scanning, if needed.
Note:
- File size should not exceed 20MB.
- You can add up to 5 attachments per note.
- Use the kebab icon (three vertical dots) to edit or delete attachments.
Additionally, you can upload photos, videos, documents, and more from your device using the “Attachments” section. You can also associate notes with other modules using the “+” icon under Associated with.
After adding the content, click the “Submit” button to finalize the note.
Once the note is submitted, you can view it in the Notes section of the job, where you can filter the notes from latest to oldest. You can also perform various actions using the kebab icon (three vertical dots), including:
- Edit Note – Modify the note’s content and add or remove attachments.
- Change Note Privacy:
Make Note Private – The note is visible only to the user who created it.
Make Note Internal – The note is visible to all internal employees.
Make Note Public – The note is accessible to everyone.
- Delete – Remove the note from the associated module.
6. Use the “+ New” option to create a new Job,
Quote, or Invoice.
