What are the minimum requirements for Zuper V3 Android and iOS Mobile App?

The following minimum system requirements are needed to run our Zuper Mobile App on Android & iOS platform smoothly

Android App Requirements for Zuper Pro and Zuper Manager App

The minimum Android App required to use our Zuper Pro and Zuper Manager App is Version 5 or above. 

To find the software version installed on your device, go to Settings > About Device, then view the Android version. 

Minimum Android version required: 5.

Maximum: Latest version released.

To view the version of your mobile, follow the steps as follows:

1. Open your Mobile and click the "Settings" icon. 

2. Under settings, scroll down to choose the "About Device" option. 

3. Scroll down to view the "Android Version." (This android version should be a minimum of 5 and a maximum up to the latest versions). 

You need to update your Android Mobile App with the latest versions, if available, for the seamless Zuper App experience. 

iOS App Requirements for Zuper Pro and Zuper Manager App

The minimum iOS App required to use our Zuper Pro and Zuper Manager App is Version 12.4 or above. 

To find the software version installed on your device, go to Settings > General, then tap About.

Minimum iOS version required: 12.4

Maximum: Latest version released

1. Open your Mobile and click the "Settings" icon. 

2. Under settings, scroll down to choose the "General" option.   

    

3. Now select the "About" option. 

4. Now, you can view the iOS version. 

You need to update your iOS Mobile App with the latest versions, if available, for the seamless Zuper App experience.
