Users Role can be added, updated, and customized using the "Custom Roles" settings.
Navigation: Settings --> General Settings --> Custom Roles
Custom Roles
1. Select the “Settings” icon from the left navigation menu. Under the “General Settings,” Choose the “Custom Roles” section.
New Custom Role
- This lets you create a new Role. You must enter the Role Name and Description and click "Save Role" to add.
Existing Custom Role
- The existing roles will be visible on the dashboard. Click on the "Eye" symbol under Actions to view or update an existing role.
Click on "Update Role" once you have edited the existing role to save the changes made.
Note: once the role is created it can be assigned, to the Users in Zuper.
Miscellenous Permissions
Custom roles now include miscellaneous permissions to restrict access to the Settings page, reports, workflows, etc.
Navigation: Settings --> General Settings --> Custom Roles
1. Select the “Settings” icon from the left navigation menu. Under the “General Settings,” Choose the “Custom Roles” section.
2. Click the “+ New Custom Role” button to create a new access role.
3. Enter the “Role Name” and the “Description.”
Under the “Available Modules,” select the “Miscellaneous” section.

4. The new custom role is created successfully.
With this new feature, the permissions applicable for the various custom roles help the user set the visibility for the Settings Page & Report Features. Based on the settings enabled by the admin, the field executives or supervisors can View and edit all the settings controls.
