How to Manage Quotes of an Individual Customer?

You can collectively view, manage and track quotes initiated for a specific customer in their respective profiles. On the Customer Details Page, you can view all quotations associated with a customer (both accepted and rejected). To access the list of Quotes tied to a customer,

  1. Click on the "Customers" Module in the Menu.

  2. Selecting a customer's name will take you to the Customer Details Page.    

  3. Note:  You can also narrow down your customer search by using the Filter Option available below the Create New Customer button.
    A customer's profile is split into three different panes. 
  4. - The left pane shows their profile with their contact information.
    - The right pane displays service level agreements and assets associated with that customer.     - The middle pane consists of important sections like Details, Jobs, Notes, Quotes, and Invoices


  1. Note: Quotes and Invoices section will be visible only if your organization has enabled the Quotes and Invoices module.
    Click on the Quotes tab in the middle pane to view all the quotations tied to that specific customer and their current status.

  2. You can click on the Quotation Number to view complete information about that requested quote.     
  3. Note: The total number of quotes for the customer is indicated in the Quotes tab.
