The quotes module in the Zuper mobile app is designed to manage and streamline the quotation process. Quotations, also known as estimates, are essential for defining the parts or services required to complete a job and their associated costs. This module allows you to view, edit, manage quotes, and perform actions such as cloning, canceling, and archiving. This article covers how to navigate to the Quotes listing and the Quote details pages to manage and process quotes efficiently.
Quotes listing page
1. Click the "Quotes" module from the top-left hamburger icon.
2. On the Quotes listing page, you can view all the quotes in the list view.
3. Use the down arrow to access the quick filter . 4. Use the "Search" icon to view the particular quote and associated details.

5. Use the Filter” icon to sort and filter the quote details. Click the “Apply” button to view the filtered list.

1. Select the "Quotes" module from the top-left hamburger icon.

2. Select the quote for which you want to view details.

3. Select the kebab icon (
) to perform various actions:
- Editing a quote
Modify the customer, primary details, and summary. Then, click the “Update” button to save the changes.

- Accepting a quote
Use “Skip Send and Accept” to accept the quote without sending it to the customer.
Note: Auto invoice creation can be enabled based on settings in the Zuper Web App

- Cloning a quote
Select the “Clone Quote” to create a duplicate quote. Fill out the Customer, Primary Details, and summary details.

- Canceling a quote
Select the “Cancel Quote” to cancel the quote. Confirm by selecting "Proceed" in the pop-up.

- Archiving a quote
Select
the “Archive Quote” to move the quote to archive status.

- Under the "Details" tab, you can:
- View assets or products added.
- View the customer's service and billing address.
- View attachments, if any.
- View custom fields, if applicable

Tab: c. Use the notes option to add notes. With the Notes feature, you can capture and upload various types of content in real time, including:
Photo:
Click the Notes icon from the quick actions bar. By default, you'll land in the Photos section. Capture a photo using the camera in 0.6x or 1.0x size (multi-capture is allowed).
Videos:
To capture a video, switch to video mode in the Notes section and proceed to record a video.
Audio:
Record and upload audio directly to the note. You can retake the recording or save it once you're satisfied.
Documents:
Upload or attach relevant documents from your device.
Text:
Use the text option to enter or edit text within the note.
Scan:
Capture and upload digital versions of physical documents using the Scan option. You can also crop the edges after scanning, if needed.
Note:
- File size should not exceed 20MB.
- You can add up to 5 attachments per note.
- Use the kebab icon (three vertical dots) to edit or delete attachments.
Additionally, you can upload photos, videos, documents, and more from your device using the “Attachments” section. You can also associate notes with other modules using the “+” icon under Associated with.
After adding the content, click the “Submit” button to finalize the note.
Once the note is submitted, you can view it in the Notes section of the job, where you can filter the notes from latest to oldest. You can also perform various actions using the kebab icon (three vertical dots), including:
- Edit Note – Modify the note’s content and add or remove attachments.
- Change Note Privacy:
Make Note Private – The note is visible only to the user who created it.
Make Note Internal – The note is visible to all internal employees.
Make Note Public – The note is accessible to everyone.
- Delete – Remove the note from the associated module.
Additional actions
From the top right of the screen, select the kebab icon (︙) for these actions:
- Delete Job: Remove the job.
- Edit Custom Fields: Modify custom fields, if applicable.
- Save as PDF and Share via Email: Share the job card as a PDF and via email.
