How to explore the Quotes details page in the V3 Zuper Mobile App and perform actions?

Quotations are sent to customers before the commencement of a job for acceptance. Once the customer accepts, technicians will perform the services or replace the parts listed in the quote to complete a job.


1. Select the "Quotes" module from the top-left hamburger icon.

2. Select the quote for which you want to view the details.

3. Select the kebab icon ( ) to perform various actions:

 




4. Now modify the customer tab and primary details, and view the summary tab. 
         Click the “Update” button to modify the quote details. 

  





5. The quote is edited successfully.

6. Use “Skip Send and Accept” to accept the quote without sending the quote to the customer.
Note: Based on the quotations settings from Zuper Web App, you can select the auto invoice creation from the quote. 


  
7. Select the “Clone Quote” to create a duplicate quote. You must fill out the Customer, Primary Details and view the summary details. 

   
   


The quote is cloned successfully.

8. Select the “Cancel Quote” to cancel the quote. 

A pop-up will appear. Select “Proceed” to cancel.

9. Select the “Archive Quote” to move the quote to archive status.

  






10.   Under the details tab, you can perform the following actions:

a.    View the assets or the products added.

b.   View the Service and Billing address of the customer.

c.    View Attachments, if any.

d.   View Custom fields, if applicable.

 



11.   You can view the linked module details under the “Associated” tab details.

  


12. Under the “Notes” tab, Click the “+” button to add the new note.

7. Enter the notes related to the quotations, and you can associate them with multiple modules.

1.    Enter the notes.

2.   Image, Audio, Video, and Document – You can add various multimedia files.

3.    Use the “+” option to associate the notes with other modules.

Click the “Save” button to add the new note. 


8. Select the kebab icon ( ) to perform various note actions:
Edit Note – You can modify note contents and add or remove the attachments.
Make Note Private – This note is visible only to the user who created the note. 
Make Note Internal – This privacy setting will help you make the note visible to all internal employees. 
Delete – This helps to remove the note from the module.

The new note is created successfully.


More Actions:

 From the top right of the screen, select the kebab icon () to perform the Job detail action:

1. Select the “Delete” option to remove the Job.

2. Use the “Edit Custom Fields” to modify the custom fields defined.

Note: This option applies only if the Job has custom fields and the technician can edit the fields.

3. Select “Save as PDF” and “Share via email” to share the job card as PDF and via email.

The quotations are critical for the technician to get confirmation from the end user for the consumption of parts and services.
