How to enable tip feature for Technicians in Zuper Web App?

You can now add tips value as a percentage for the technicians under the settings.

Navigation: Settings ->Organization Settings ->Quotation and Invoice Settings ->Tip Settings

Custom tipping and tipping based on the percentage are available in the quotation and invoice settings.

1. Select the “Settings” icon from the left panel. Under “General Settings,” choose “Organization Settings."

 

2. Under “Configurations,” select “Quotation and Invoice Settings” and scroll down to view the “Tip Settings.”

Fill in the details:

Allow Tipping - Choose the option “Yes.”

Tip Amount Percentage (%) – Enter the required percentage amount.

Allow Custom Tip Amount – Choose the option “Yes.”

3. The tipping option is successfully saved.

With this new feature, businesses can prefer to set tips for field executives. Based on the percentage set in the settings, tips will be provided to the field technicians.
