How to create and complete your first job in Zuper

NotesNavigation: Jobs -> + Create New Job (Select Organization or Customer)                                                                          Navigation: Jobs -> + New -> Job

Create your first job in Zuper in a quick way!

1. Go to the new Job page by clicking on "+ New -> Job" from the top navigation bar. You can also go to Jobs page and click on "+ New Job" button.



2. Fill in the sub sections: 
 
In the new Job page, please fill in the job information as follows,
  1. Job Title - Give a short subject about the job (Eg: Heater Repair)
  2. Schedule - You can either schedule the job right away or just choose due date & schedule later
  3. Category - Choose the appropriate category based on job type (You can manage job categories in Settings page)
  4. Customer - You can choose an existing customer or create a new customer
 
3. Add the required parts and assign the users.  
Choose the required users under the “+Assign Users” tab. 




Click the “Create Job” button to create a new job.
