How to Create a New Customer in Zuper Web App?

In addition to bulk importing customer data to Zuper, users can create a new customer one at a time in three different ways.


  • Using the Quick Actions Drop-Down.
  • Through the New Job Form
  • From the Customers Listing Page.

Quick Actions Drop-Down

  1. To create a new customer, click on the "New" button on the Quick Actions drop-down in the top navigation bar. 
  2. Select 'Customer' in the drop-down options.


 3. You will be redirected to the New Customer Form, which once filled out and submitted will be added as a new customer.

New Job Forms

1. Navigate to the New Job Form using one of these three ways.


2. In the New Job Form, click on the "New Customer" hyperlink
3. It will initiate a pop-up with the New Customer Form.                                                                 
Note: The Create New Customer Pop-up displayed here will only capture minimal information required to perform a job. If you would like to create a complete customer profile, use one of the two methods listed above. 

From Customers Listing Page:

1. Select the Customers module from the left panel and click +Create New Customer.”


2. Enter the "Customer Information."




3. Enter the Contact Information, Account Details, and Other Details (Custom Customer Fields). 

    
4. Enter the "Service Contact Info" and "Billing Contact Info."



5. Select the "Save Customer" button to create a new customer. 



6. The new customer is created successfully. 



The customers play a major role in running the business, and Zuper's detailed sections help you to record all the key details of the customer efficiently.
