How to configure a job status?

Navigation: Settings --> Job Settings | Settings --> Organization Settings --> General Settings

The Geo-fencing for the jobs is set as “Miles” for distance metric. This feature is available only for US customers.

Organization Settings:

1. Select the “Settings” module from the left panel, and under the “General settings,” choose the “Organization Settings” section.

2. Under the “General Settings,” select the “Choose Distance Metric” option as the “Miles.”

The “Company Configuration Settings” is updated successfully.

From the above steps, the mentioned prerequisites are completed.

Job Settings:

1. Select the “Settings” module from the left panel, and under the “Configuration settings,” choose the “Job Settings” section.

2. Under the “Job Status” configurations, select the required status you want to update.

3. Select “Require Geo-Fencing” as “Yes.”

4. Enter the “Radius of the Geo-Fence and click on the “Update Status” button.

5. The status update is successfully done.

From the above steps, you can now set the radius of geo-fence in miles on the Zuper web and mobile applications.
