How to configure a deposit for a quotation?
Deposit of quotations can now be collected easily online with the integration with Stripe by sharing the link via various channels. On the organization page, deposit payment should be enabled. Quotation deposit collection is now made easy. First, we need to enable the quotation payment settings under Organization Settings.
1. Click the “Settings” module from the left panel.
2. Select the “Organization Settings” module from the “Settings” panel.
3. Next, Select “Quotation and Invoice Settings” under the “Organization Settings.”
4. Under "Organization Settings," set "Yes" to "Allow Deposit on Quote Approval."
5. Under "Organization Settings," select the "Fixed or Percentage" option to set "Type of Deposit Value." Next, enter the required deposit value that needs to be collected.
