How to associate property for the existing Job and Edit a Job Title and Job Priority?
Once a Job is created, it is non-editable with an exception of few fields like "Job Title" and "Job Priority".
Associate Property for the existing Job

Navigation: Jobs --> Job Details --> Add Property
It
is now possible for the user to associate a property even after the new job
creation.
1. Select the “Jobs” icon from the left navigation menu. Click any of the
jobs and view the Job details page.
2. From the Job
details page, scroll down to see the “Property”
section. Click the “+Add Property” button.
3. The “Choose Property” pop-up
appears. Choose the property and click the “Select Property”
button.
When you checkmark the “Use Property Address as Service Address” button, it will replace the existing Job’s service address with
the property’s address.
4. The property is successfully
associated with the Job.
Edit Job Title
- Click on the "Jobs" icon in the Menu.
- In the Jobs Listing Page, click the Edit icon that is next to the specific Job Title which you would like to edit.
- Make the necessary changes and click Update.
Updating a Job Priority
- Click on the "Jobs" icon in the Menu.
- In the Jobs Listing Page, click the specific job in which you would like to modify the priority for.
- In the Job Details Page, look for the Job Priority field heading in the Job Details section.
- Click on the "Edit" icon, which is located next to the "Job Priority" header.
- Make the necessary changes and click Update.
The business can associate the property even after the
Job creation. Hence, while handling the Job, the field technician can reach the
exact property address whenever required.
