How do you set up and log in Using Multi-Factor Authentication on Zuper Web App?

Navigation (Setup):  Settings -->  Account Settings --> Multi-Factor Authentication --> Authenticator App / SMS Authentication / Email Authentication / Recovery Codes

Here we will discuss the two major sections to enable two-factor Authentication.

A.     Two-Factor Authentication – Setup.

B.      Two-Factor Authentication – Login Flow. 

A. Two-Factor Authentication – Setup:

Navigation (Registration):  Settings -->  Account Settings --> Multi-Factor Authentication --> Authenticator App / SMS Authentication / Email Authentication / Recovery Codes

The registration is the first part of the two-factor authentication. To enable the various authentication methods, it should be enabled in the settings.

i) Register Authenticator App:

To setup for the authenticator App, use the following steps:

1. Log into the Zuper Web App and Select the “Settings module from the left panel. choose “General Settings.”

Select the “Account Settings.”



2. From the “Account Settings,You can view the “Multi-Factor Authentication."



3. Select “AuthenticatorSetup” to set the OTP authenticator.



4. To set up the OTP authenticator, you can scan the “QR Code” to set the authentication.

Note: You must download the Google Authenticator app or any TOTP authenticator on your mobile device. Click on “Scan a QR code.” Once you scan the QR Code, click “Next.” 

5. On the “Google Authenticator mobile App or "TOTP App," use “Scan QR Code” and scan the above QR Code.



6. On the Zuper Web App, Enter the OTP and choose the “Verifybutton.


7. The OTP verification is successfully done, and Authenticator registration is completed.



Use Secret Key Authentication:

1.  As an alternate option, you can also enter the “Secret Keyon the authenticator App.


Note: You must download the Google Authenticator app or any TOTP authenticator on your mobile device. Click on “Scan a QR code.” Once you scan the QR Code, click “Next.” 

2.  On the “Google Authenticator mobile App or "TOTP App," use “Enter a setup key” and scan the above key



3. On the Zuper Web App, Enter the OTP and choose the “Verify” button.


4. The OTP verification is successfully done, and Authenticator registration is completed.


By this, Authenticator registration is successful.

ii) Setup SMS

To setup the mobile number for the SMS, use the following steps:

1. Log into the Zuper Web App and Select the “Settings module from the left panel.
           Choose “General Settings.” Select the “Account Settings.”



2. From the “Account Settings,” You can view the “Multi-Factor Authentication."

3. Select “SMSSetup” to enable SMS authentication.



4. Enter the valid mobile number for which authentication registration is to be done and choose the “Next” button.



5. Enter the OTP received on your mobile and click the “Verifybutton.



6. The OTP verification is successfully done, and the SMS setup is completed.


By this, the SMS setup is successful. 

iii) Setup Email

To register your email for authentication, use the following steps:

1.      log in to the Zuper Web App and Select the “Settings module from the left panel.

Choose the “General Settings.” Select the “Account Settings.”



2. From the “Account Settings,” You can view the “Multi-Factor Authentication."



3. Select “EmailSetup” to enable email authentication.


4. Enter the valid email ID for which authentication registration is to be done and choose the “Next” button.


5. Enter the OTP received on your email and click on the “Verifybutton.



6. The OTP verification is successfully done, and Email registration is completed.


By this email, registration is successful.


B. Two-Factor Authentication – Login Flow:

Navigation (Authentication):  Login --> Enter Company Name --> User Name & Password --> Login -->  Two Factor Authentication --> Choose Authentication Mode --> Enter the 6-digit Authentication Code --> Verify

Now we are going to discuss the various login flows using multiple options. There are four options: i) By using Authenticator App, ii) By using Backup Codes, iii) By using SMS, and iv) By using Email.

 The two-factor authentication can be enabled only if any one of the options is enabled: I) Authenticator Setup II) Backup Codes III) SMS Setup IV) Email Setup. 

You should get ready with your authenticator app for the code authentication and enter the code in the text box. 

i) By using Authenticator App:

1. log in to https://app.zuperpro.com/login

Enter the company name. 



2. Enter the valid “Email ID” and “Password.” Select the “Login” button.





3. Select the authentication mode as “Authenticator.” Check the authenticator app and enter the “Authentication Code” in the text box.

Select the “Verifybutton to enter the Zuper Web App. 



Note: You can also choose other options, such as SMS or Email, from the dropdown option 

4. The login is successful.



Thus, with the authenticator code, you can securely log in to your Zuper account. 


ii) By using Backup Codes:

1. log in to https://app.zuperpro.com/login

Enter the company name. 



2. Enter the valid “Email ID” and “Password.” Select the “Login” button.





3. Select the authentication mode as “Backup Codes” and check the backup codes that you saved during the registration process. Enter the “Backup Code” in the text box.

Select the “Verifybutton to enter the Zuper Web App. 



Note: You can also choose other options, such as SMS or Email, from the dropdown option 
4. The login is successful.



Thus, with the backup code, you can securely log in to your Zuper account. 


iii) By using SMS:

You should get ready with your SMS for the code authentication and enter the code in the text box.

Enter the company name. 



2. Enter the valid “Email ID” and “Password.” Select the “Login” button.



3. Select the authentication mode as “SMS.” Select “Send OTP” button to receive the one-time password on your mobile.


Note: You can also choose other options, such as Authenticator App or Email, from the dropdown option.  
4. Check the SMS from your registered mobile number and enter the “OTP” in the text box.



Select the “Verify” button to enter the Zuper Web App. 
Note: If you want to resend OTP – Up to four attempts are allowed in the interval of 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 2 minutes, and 3 minutes.
5. The login is successful.



Thus, with the backup code, you can securely log in to your Zuper account. 


iv) By using Email:

You should get ready with your Email for the code authentication and enter the code in the text box.

Enter the company name. 



2. Enter the valid “Email ID” and “Password.” Select the “Login” button.



3. Select the authentication mode as “Email.” Select “Send OTP” button to receive the one-time password on your email.


Note: You can also choose other options from the dropdown option, such as SMS or Authenticator App.  
4. Check the Email from your registered email ID and enter the “OTP” in the text box.


Note: If you want to resend OTP – Up to four attempts are allowed in the interval of 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 2 minutes, and 3 minutes.

Select the “Verify” button to enter the Zuper Web App. 

5. The login is successful.



Thus, with the email, you can now securely login to your Zuper account.
