

The
registration is the first part of the two-factor authentication. To enable the
various authentication methods, it should be enabled in the settings.
To setup for
the authenticator App, use the following steps:
1. Log into the Zuper Web App and Select the “Settings” module from the left panel. choose “General Settings.”
Select the “Account Settings.”
2. From
the “Account Settings,” You
can view the “Multi-Factor Authentication."
Note: You must download the Google Authenticator app or any TOTP authenticator on your mobile
device. Click on “Scan a QR code.” Once you scan the QR Code, click “Next.” 
By this, Authenticator registration is successful.
By this, the SMS setup is successful.
Choose the “General Settings.” Select the “Account
Settings.”
Navigation (Authentication): Login --> Enter Company Name --> User Name & Password --> Login --> Two Factor Authentication --> Choose Authentication Mode --> Enter the 6-digit Authentication Code --> VerifyNow we are
going to discuss the various login flows using multiple options. There are four
options: i) By using Authenticator App, ii) By using Backup Codes, iii) By
using SMS, and iv) By using Email.
The two-factor authentication can be enabled only if any one of the options is enabled: I) Authenticator Setup II) Backup Codes III) SMS Setup IV) Email Setup.
You should get
ready with your authenticator app for the code authentication and enter the
code in the text box.
1. log in to https://app.zuperpro.com/login
Enter the company name.
2. Enter the valid “Email ID” and “Password.” Select the “Login” button.
Select the “Verify” button to enter the Zuper Web App.
Note: You can also choose other options, such as SMS or Email, from the dropdown option Thus, with the
authenticator code, you can securely log in to your Zuper account.

Enter the company name.

Note: If you
want to resend OTP – Up to four attempts are allowed in the interval of 30
seconds, 60 seconds, 2 minutes, and 3 minutes.Thus, with the backup code, you can securely log in to your Zuper account.
Enter the company name.
2. Enter the valid “Email ID” and “Password.” Select the “Login” button.
