How to add Geo Coordinates to Jobs and Customers?

Please follow the below instructions to add the geo-coordinates to the address of a customer or job,   

  1. Navigate the job/customer and click on the edit address.
  2. In the address line one, enter the address and select the address from the drop-down (if the address is already present, just click on the field and select the address from the drop-down.    

 
 
Note: Once the geo-coordinates are added to the customer they will automatically be transferred to the customer.  


 
To confirm if the geocoordinate is present, look for the map illustration on the details page.   

 

 
Once the geo-coordinates are added you will be able to add the jobs to the route as expected.
