Jobs Gallery

The new Job Gallery feature on the Job Details page brings all your job-related media into one seamless, unified view.  

 

The Gallery feature in Zuper’s Job Details page brings all your job-related photos and videos into one unified view—no more digging through Checklists, Notes, or Attachments! Accessible via the Zuper, this tab offers a seamless way to manage media. 

Navigation:  Jobs -> Job Details -> Gallery Tab

Pre-Requisites

 

Settings -> General Settings -> Organization Settings -> Job Settings -> Enable Job Gallery -> Set as “Yes” 

 

Before you can dive in, make sure the feature is activated: 

1. Select the “Settings” module from the left navigation menu. Under the “General Settings,” choose the “Organization Settings.” 

2. Under the “Job Settings,” Enable Job Gallery” option as “Yes.”

1. Select the “Jobs” module from the left navigation menu and click any jobs to view the details page.  

2. Under “Navigation,” Click the Gallery tab to view all media in a grid layout. 

3. You can use various criteria or filters to view the images.  

4. You can select or multi-select the images present in the gallery. Click the “Download” button to download pictures in bulk.  

5. Click an image or video to view it on full screen, including additional details about the item. Enter the “Description” and click “Save."

6. The description is saved successfully.

The Zuper Job Mobile Gallery is a feature within the Zuper mobile app that allows users to manage and view images related to specific jobs.

Navigation : Jobs -> Job -> Gallery  

1. Choose the "Jobs" module from the top-left hamburger icon.

 

2. Select any one of the jobs from the job details page. 

3. Select the job “Gallery” tab. 

 

4. The gallery will display the list of images taken. Select any one of the images. 

 

5. The selected image is displayed along with the description. 

 

Mastering the Zuper Job Mobile Gallery enhances your ability to manage job-related visuals efficiently, ensuring better communication and documentation within your team. 

FAQs / Best Practices 

 

Q: Why don’t I see the Gallery tab? 
A: Ensure you enable it under Settings > Organization Settings > Job Settings > Enable Job Gallery. 

Q: Can I edit or delete files in the Gallery? 
A: The Gallery is now for viewing, filtering, and downloading. To edit or remove files, go to their source (e.g., Checklists or Notes). 

Q: What file types are supported? 
A: The Gallery shows standard media like JPG, PNG, and MP4. Other files (e.g., PDFs) stay in their original sections.
