How to Tag users in Job Notes on Zuper Web App?

Navigation: Jobs --> Job Details Page --> Notes --> Add a New Note --> Use @ Symbol to tag a user

Tech-savvy customers of today expect a uberized experience. They expect businesses to share real-time updates about everything from their technician’s Estimate Time of Arrival (ETA) to work order status updates.

 The user tagging feature offers an effective way to share job-related information with customers using automated notifications. 

1. Select the Jobs module from the left panel and choose the Job you want to tag the user in.



2. Under the “Notes” section, add a new note, use the “@” symbol to tag any user, and click the “Post Note” button.



Note: Tagged users receive automated notifications. 

3. The user-tagged note is published successfully.



By following these steps, businesses can create a new user tag in the Zuper Web App’s Job Notes section and send automated alerts to customers.
