How to create / edit a contract template?

Contract templates can be added to the email notification that is sent out to the customers.

Please follow the below instructions to create a Contract template.

  • Log in to Zuper with an admin account.
  • Scroll down the menu bar on the left and select the "Settings" icon.
  • Under the "Configuration Settings" category, select "Contracts".
  • On the "Contracts" page, select "Contract Templates" and click on the "New Contract Templates" button.
  • Enter the name and description of the template in the "TEMPLATE NAME" and "TEMPLATE DESCRIPTION" fields respectively.
  • Enter the required information for the template, if you would like to create the template using HTML, click on the "HTML button" on the top right.
  • The available components can be used to insert the respective information from Zuper into the template. 
  • Click on "Save Template"

Similarly, click on the "Edit"(pencil icon) next to the Template to be edited. This will bring up the "Edit Contract Template" window, make the required changes, and click on "Update Template."
