The Zuper-Sprinklr integration streamlines the work order
creation process, making it effortless for field service businesses.
This two-way integration seamlessly syncs Zuper's job
notes with Sprinklr's case notes, providing a two-way flow of information. With
Zuper, you can easily assign field technicians and track their progress in
real-time through an interactive map.
A. How to connect your Sprinklr
with Zuper?
1. Open a new tab in your browser once
you are logged in to your Zuper Account.
Click on your Profile Picture in
the top right corner of the screen and select the “App Store.”
2. Under the “Browse
by Category,” select the “CRM”
option and choose “Sprinklr.”
3. Click on the “Install Sprinklr” button.
Note: With Zuper
and Sprinklr tabs open, you can switch between the tabs for integration.
Switch to the Zuper tab on your browser and log in to your Zuper account.
4. Update Zuper Settings by configuring
the following fields:
a. Zuper API Key (Mandatory Field) – Enter
the Zuper API key.(Click
here: How to generate Zuper API Key).
b. Sync Sprinklr Case Notes (Mandatory
Field) – You can either choose “Yes” or “No”
to push the case notes from your Sprinklr account to Zuper.
c. Sync Zuper Job Notes (Mandatory
Field) – You can either choose “Yes” or “No”
to push the job notes from your Zuper account to Sprinklr.
Select the “Update” button to
connect Sprinklr app with Zuper.
Note: You need
to provide a “Due Date” or “Scheduled
Date” to create a work
order in Sprinklr.
B. How
does Zuper – Sprinklr Integration work?
1. Log in to your Sprinklr account and create a work order
from the Zuper widget present inside Sprinklr.
Based on the configuration done, the notes or messages
displayed in Sprinklr get synced with Zuper or vice versa.
You can use the “Create Job” button to create a new work order.
2. The “Job
Details” are pre-filled
based on the Sprinklr Case by selecting the “Create Job” button. (Multiple Jobs can be created
against a single Sprinklr Case).
3. The details are
pre-filled as follows:

Note: You can
associate a Job with a different customer by choosing the preferred customer
from the list.
Once you choose the “Job Category,” then the “Assisted Scheduling” feature gets enabled, and you can
select either “Slot View” or a “Resource
View” to assign a
technician for a Job.
Choose “Use this
Schedule” to assign a
field technician.
Note: The customer details sync flow from
Sprinklr to Zuper and not from Zuper to Sprinklr. 6. From the Sprinklr tab, the new job is created
successfully.
7. Now, switch the
tab in your browser and view the work order in Zuper. You can now add notes in
Zuper, which will get synced in Sprinklr.
Note:
In Sprinklr –
Notes added via Zuper are shown as:
When fetched from Zuper, they will be displayed as
“Notes.” in Sprinklr
When fetched
from Sprinklr, they will be displayed as Added from Sprinkler [With Reference
Number] in Zuper.
7. Switch to the
Sprinklr tab. The following conditions must be met to track the technician’s
live location.
a. The Job
needs to be scheduled.
b. Field
technician must punch in from his Zuper Mobile app for the day.
C. The job
status should be “On my way.”
You can view
the technician’s distance and estimated travel time from the Jobs modules under
Maps using “Track Technician”
button.
C. How to
Uninstall Sprinklr from Zuper?
1. Open a new tab in your browser once
you are logged in to your Zuper Account.
Click on your Profile Picture in
the top right corner of the screen and select the “App Store.”
2. Under the “Browse
by Category,”
select the “CRM”
option and choose “Sprinklr.”
3.
Click on the “Uninstall App” button.
4. The Sprinklr
app is uninstalled successfully.
With Zuper, orders for Sprinklr
cases are created automatically. This integration and the seamless two-way sync
provide technicians with all the necessary information they need to get the job
done right. The live tracking feature allows businesses to keep track of
real-time technician location.
