The Dispatch board helps produce a
centralized overview of the Jobs performed for a day and act on the unattended
Jobs in a single click. The dispatch board helps the users to track Unassigned
Jobs, Unscheduled Jobs, and Overdue Jobs. You can highlight the Jobs
based on Job Status, Team, and Job Category.
The
two new Dispatch board’s noteworthy features help users solve the problems rapidly:

Access any
Jobs across any date easily through the Employee Filter option.

details on the dispatch board.
A. Access any Jobs across any date using
the Employee Filter option.
Job
access is done optimally using the new filter option for the date.
1. Select the “Dispatch Board” module from
the left panel.
2. Selecting the unscheduled Job “Filter”
option helps access the unscheduled Jobs across any date. “From” and “To”
date options are also available for easy Job search, and use the “Apply
Filter” option to view the Job details and the “Reset Filter” option
to reset the filter details.
3. Selecting
the “Filter Employees” option helps easily search the employee’s
details and use the “Apply Filter” option to view the
“Employee details” and the “Reset Filter” options help reset the
filter details.
B. Resource View.
1. Select
the “Dispatch Board” module from the left panel.
2. Select the “Resource View” to get the
resource-wise details on the dispatch board. In this view, the user can get
critical information about the resource’s Job allocation, time allotted, Job
details, and the No. of Jobs.
3. Select the “Timeline View” to get the time-wise details on the dispatch board. In this view, the user can get critical information about the time intervals between the jobs.
