"Invalid username/password" error when trying to login to zuper.
This error would pop up when the Company Name, Email Address, or Password are entered incorrectly.
If you have forgotten the password to your Zuper account,
- Please click on the "Forgot password" hyperlink.
- Enter the Company and email address and click on reset password. A link to change the password will be sent to your email.
3. Click the link in the email that will take you to the below page, enter the new password and click on "Reset Password"
