How to view the live location of the field executive on a map?
While creating the employee, if the "track location" is enabled, then the Live location of the field executive can be accessed. Please follow the below instructions for the same.
- Log in to Zuper Account.
- Select the "Maps" icon from the Menu bar on the left side.
- On the maps Page, Click on the "Users" Button from the menu bar on the left.
- Select the team and click on the user.
Note: By default, all the users from the team will be listed. The "Show only Recent Seen Users" checkbox will list the only users that are currently online or were online recently.
5. The user location will be shown on the map.
6. You can scroll and drag to view the exact location.
Note: Next to the user's name the current battery percentage on the user's device and a hyperlink "History" to view the user's location history will be available
