How to access and manage invoices in the Zuper mobile app?

An invoice is a document detailing the parts and services rendered by your business. Zuper streamlines the entire invoicing process, from creation to sending and payment collection.
Follow these steps to manage invoices in Zuper efficiently.


Invoice listing page

1. Click the "Invoicesmodule from the top-left hamburger icon.

2. On the Invoices listing page, you can view all the invoices in the list view.

3. Use the down arrow to access the quick filter .

3. Use the "Search" icon to view the specific invoice and its associated details.

4. Use the "Filter” icon to sort and filter the invoice details. Click the “Apply” button to view the filtered list.

Invoice details page

1. Click the "Invoicesmodule from the top-left hamburger icon.

2. Select the invoice for which you want to view details.

View detailed information

The Invoice Details page has the following tabs.
  1. Under the "Details" tab, you can perform the following actions:
    1. View the Invoice status, Invoice date, and due date, along with the assets or the products added.
    2. View the customer's service and billing address.
    3.  View Attachments, if any.
    4. View Custom fields, if applicable.

      2. Under the “Associated” tab details, you can view the linked module details.

      3. Under the “Notes” tab, you can add and view the added notes
  1. To add notes, click the “+” button to add the new note.
  2. Enter the note text, add multimedia files (images, audio, video, documents), and use the “+” option to associate the note with other modules.
  3. Set note visibility to Private (visible only to the creator), Internal (visible to internal users), or Public (visible to all).
  4. Click “Save” to add the note.
  5. Select the kebab icon ( ) to edit, make private, internal, or delete the note.

More actions 

The kebab icon ( offers a variety of additional actions to manage your documents and records efficiently. You can Edit Fields to update item details, Cancel to invalidate an item or Delete to remove it permanently. The Archive option moves items to a less visible status while keeping them for future reference. Use Edit Custom Fields to adjust specific fields, Save as PDF to generate a PDF version, and Share via Email to send the item directly, etc.
