a. Remind To – Select the reminder for whom it is applicable, which can be Customers, Selected Users, or Selected Teams.
b. Reminder Name – Enter the name of the contract reminder.
C. Remind In - The remind in days before or after is to be selected and select the number of days.
There are two options: Remind Before and Remind After, which lets you decide the number of days before/after the contract expiry date.
d. Remind At – Select the exact time of the contract reminder.
e. Reminder Type – Select
the preferred reminder type – Email or SMS.
4. The new reminder is created successfully.
