How to configure a different "Reply to" email option for outbound emails?
Navigation: Settings --> Misc. Settings
By specifying the “Reply-To” email on the “Outbound
email settings,” users can now get their reply in their preferred email ID.
1. Click the “Settings” module from the left panel.
2. Select “Misc. Settings” under the “Configuration
3. Click “+ Add” under the “Outbound E-mail Settings.” You
can specify the outbound email provider details here.
4. Fill in the outbound email details, and our recent update, “Reply
to Email,” helps the user choose their preferred email ID to which they
