How to Use Contracts Reports?

Contracts Reports help you get a better understanding of your contract related key stats. It allows you to export the contract related data, which can be used to slice and dice and retrieve meaningful insights.  

Using Contract Reports
  1. Select the "Reports" module in the Menu.
  2. Pick a report you want to use from the Contract Reports section.
  3. You can generate the report for any specific interval of time by filling out the "From" and "To" dates in the Zuper Web App.
  4. Once you fill out the required fields, click on "Generate Report" to download your report. 
Note:

Reports generally include contract-related information such as contract name, contract ID, Billing address, and so on. 

Listed are the different contract reports that can be extracted.

1. Contract Master Report
The Contract Master Report is used to export all the master information about the contract ID, contract name, contract months, parent contract, and so on. 




2. Contract Status Report
The Contract Status Report is used to export all the status-related information such as Product ID, Product Type, Transactions, and more.



3. Contract Jobs Report
The Contract Jobs Report is used to export all the contract jobs-related information such as the Job Category, Job Type, Customer Name, Customer Address and more.
