How to Use Assets Reports?

Assets Reports help you get a better understanding of your Asset related key stats. It allows you to export the Asset related data, which can be used to slice and dice and retrieve meaningful insights.  

Using Assets Reports
  1. Select the "Reports" module in the Menu.
  2. Pick a report you want to use from the Assets Reports section.
  3. You can generate the report for any specific interval of time by filling out the "From" and "To" dates in the Zuper Web App.
  4. Once you fill out the required fields, click on "Generate Report" to download your report. 
Note: Reports generally include contract-related information such as contract name, contract ID, Billing address, and so on. 

Listed are the different Assets reports that can be extracted.

1. Asset Master Report
The Asset Master Report is used to export all the master information about the Asset Name, Customer Name, Asset Category, Quantity, and so on. 




2. Asset PPM Report
The Asset PPM Report is used to export all the asset PPM-related information such as Asset name, Asset Code, Product ID, PPM created information and so on.
