How to update the role of an existing Employee?
To update the role of an existing employee, please follow the below instructions.
- Log in to Zuper Account.
- Select the "Employees" icon from the Menu bar on the left side.
- Search the Technician in question and click on the "Edit details" button in the "Actions column"
- The "Edit User Details" form will be displayed.
- Here select the required role under the "Role" Dropdown.
- Click on "Update".
