How to update the role of an existing Employee?

To update the role of an existing employee, please follow the below instructions. 

  • Log in to Zuper Account.
  • Select the "Employees" icon from the Menu bar on the left side.
  • Search the Technician in question and click on the "Edit details" button in the "Actions column"
  • The "Edit User Details" form will be displayed.
  • Here select the required role under the "Role" Dropdown.
  • Click on "Update".
