How to set Customizable Job Card and Job Assignment Conflict Alert in the dispatch board?
Settings --> Organization Settings --> Job Settings --> turn on "Alert
Conflict on Assignment."
Pre settings:
1. Select the "Settings" module from the left panel and set "Yes" for the "Alert Conflict on Assignment."
By enabling the
above pre-requisites, now the user easily enables the "Job Conflict alert."Navigation: Dispatch Board --> Job Card Filter / Job Assignment Conflict Alert
The two
significant Dispatch board's features help users solve the problems efficiently:
Customizable
Job Card.
Job
Assignment Conflict Alert.
A. Customizable Job Card
The Job card
now shows the user's preference field of Job details.
1. Select
the "Dispatch Board" module from the left panel.
2. Select
the "Filter" option to choose the preferred fields. These are
the fields that will be displayed on the job card.
3. Choose the "Display on the Job
Card" filter to set the visibility for the fields on the Job card. You can either select the "Display All Details" option
to view all the fields on the Job card or Checkmark "Individual"
fields as per user preference.
5. Use the "Apply Filter" option
to view the "Job Card" with selected fields and the "Reset Filter"
options help reset the filter details.
B. Job Assignment Conflict Alert.
1. Select the "Dispatch Board"
module from the left panel.
2. When the user tries to allocate the same to
two different Field Executives, the conflict alert pop-up shows, select "Yes" to replace the current field executive with the existing field executive.
Select "No" to retain the existing field executive for the
job.
Our new update came as a solution for users who want to view the exact job fields on the job card efficiently and get alert while allocating the same job for the different field executives.
