How to preview the job card before getting the customer’s Signature?

Before getting the Signature in the Job card, the user can experience the new feature of previewing the job card.

1. Select the “Settings” module from the left panel.

2. Select “Job Settings” under the “Configuration Settings” module.

3. Select the “Job Status” option, tap on the drop-down box, and choose the required Job status to edit. Then, tap on the

option.

4. Under the “Edit” status, you need to enable the Customer Signature for the required status. First, select “Yes” for the “Require Customer Signature” option. Once the Require Customer Signature is marked as Yes, one more option shows up called “Preview Job Card,” which needs to be turned as “Yes.”

Mobile:

Before getting the Signature on a Job card, the user now previews and signs the card based on the settings.

With this new feature, the customer can easily preview the PDF before getting the Signature on the Job card.
