How to pre define a custom PDF file name for Jobs?

You can now set the custom PDF file name for Jobs, Quotes, Invoices, and Contracts. 

Navigation: Settings -->Organization Settings  --> Job Settings  --> Default Job PDF Filename

The PDFs downloaded from our Zuper system can be given standard file names with our new update. 

  1. Select the “Settings” icon from the left panel. Under “General Settings,” choose “Organization Settings.”

        

2. Under the “Configurations,” select the “Job Settings,” and enter the “Default Job PDF File Name” by choosing from the “Search Job Component.”

Select the “Save Settings” button to save the PDF File Name.

 

3. The settings are saved successfully.

 

Download PDF:

1. Select the “Jobs” icon from the left panel and choose the job for which you want to download the Job card PDF. 

 

2. Click the “Print & Share” option from the top right corner and choose “Print / Save as PDF."

 

3. Select the required “Job Card Template” and click the “Save” button.

 

4. The Job card PDF is successfully downloaded, and you can see the file name per the defined settings. 

 

The business can define the preferred PDF file name in the settings, and while downloading the PDF, you can see the downloaded file name is as per the preferred name given.
