How to manage time off requests?

Approving Time-Off Requests

Administrators and Supervisors have access to view, approve, and reject the Time-Off Requests of their team members.

  1. Pending Time-off Requests shown in the left pane of the Time-off Requests page, which the admin or supervisor approves of the team. The time offs are overlaid on the calendar. 
    RED - Rejected
    GREEN - Approved
    BLUE - Pending


  1. To approve a pending request of a specific employee, click on the particular request on the calendar.
  2.  It will display the Time-Off Request Details dialogue box.


You can either Approve or Reject the request with respective remarks or reason for approval or rejection.
