How to integrate and use Twilio with Zuper?

With the Zuper integration with Twilio, the user can now quickly send job status information to the customers. 

 1. Click on your profile picture on the top right corner of the page to open the list of options. Next, click on the “App Store” link.



2. You will be redirected to “App Store”. Click on “Telephony, Video & SMS” under “Browse by Category" on your left.

3. Click on the “Twilio” card.


4. Click on the “Install Twilio” button.



5. Under the “Update Twilio Settings” box, enter the “Account SID”, “Auth Token”, “Sender Number” from Twilio.

6. To get Account SID, Auth Token, Sender Number, Go to your Twilio Dashboard and copy the Account SID & Auth Token as highlighted in the below screenshot.



7. Once you have filled in the details, click on the “Update” button.

Once you have connected your Twilio account with Zuper, all SMS notifications set up in Zuper will be sent to your customers via the connected Twilio account
