With
our new Slack Integration, we have made it easy to connect your Slack workspace
to Zuper and enable your team to get all updates from timesheets to jobs in
your preferred channel. You can also access the Zuper dashboard, schedule jobs,
and add notes without switching tabs.
How
to connect your Slack workspace to Zuper?
1. Once
you are logged in to your Zuper Account, click on your Profile Picture on the
top right corner of the screen & click on “App Store.”
2. Under the “Browse by Category,” select
the “Collaboration” option and choose “Slack.”
3. Click on the “Install Slack” button.
4. You will be redirected to Slack, where you
can authorize Zuper to connect to your Slack workspace.

the integration of Zuper with Slack.
How does Zuper
– Slack Integration work?
1. Open the Zuper-linked
slack channel. You can view the notification updates in the selected channel
based on the configuration settings.
2. The Job-related statistics are shown, and you can select the “Add
Job Note” button to create job notes on the slack channel, which will be
reflected in the Zuper job notes section under the jobs module.
3. Enter the
required notes on the “Add Notes to Zuper” pop-up and select the “Add
Note” option.
Note: Similarly, the user can get notifications
for the timesheet updates and job status change.
How to
create a new job within Slack?
The back-office team need not switch between apps, they can create a new
job right within Slack, and the same will be visible on the Zuper Jobs module.
You can
select the “Create New Job” button to create a new job from the slack
channel, which will be reflected in Zuper.
2. The Job created from Slack gets reflected in the Zuper Jobs module.
Zuper-Slack integration is bi-directional, and data gets updated on both
apps whenever a new addition/modification happens.
In most cases, the back-office team needs information on the job status and
relevant statistics. With this significant Zuper-Slack integration, the users
can get timely notifications and take swift action.
