How does Zuper – MessageBird Integration work?
1. Whenever new notifications need to be sent to the Customer,
the alerts are sent as SMS via MessageBird integration.
Select the “Customer” module from the left panel and
choose the Customer for whom you want to send the notification.

Customers --> Existing Customer or
New Customer

2. Under “More
Actions,” from the top
right corner, select the “Send Email / SMS” option.
Send SMS by entering the following fields:
a. Contact Via (Mandatory Field) – Select the “SMS” option to send the notification.
b. Contact Number (Mandatory Field) – Select the “Contact Number” for which you want to send the notification.
c. SMS Body (Mandatory Field) – Enter the notification message here.
d. Available Components – Choose the relevant components for which the notification is applicable.
Select the “Send” button to send SMS from Zuper via Infobip.
Instead of email alerts, which
require constant internet access, SMS notifications are also a great way to
keep the user updated on the actions happening inside the Customer’s module.
With this one-way integration, data flow from Zuper to MessageBird and notifies
the Customer as an SMS.
