How to integrate and use Infobip with Zuper?

With the help of our Zuper-Infobip Integration, business owners can send SMS notifications to their customers with regular updates and reminders for their requested work orders. 


How to connect your Infobip with Zuper? 

1. Open a new tab in your browser and log into your Zuper Account.

    Click on your Profile Picture on the top right corner of the screen & select the “App Store.”



2. Under the “Browse by Category,select the “Telephony, Video & SMS” option and choose “Infobip.



3. Click on the “Install Infobipbutton.



Note: Please keep Zuper and Infobip tabs open; you can switch between the tabs for integration. 


4. Switch to the Infobip tab on your browser and log in to your Infobip account.

Using the copy icon, you need to copy the API key and API Base URL from the Infobip home page.  



3. Use all the copied information from the above steps: I) Infobip API Key and Infobip API Key URL under “Update Infobip Settings.”


Update SMS Settings by configuring the following fields:

      a. Infobip API Key (Mandatory Field) – You will get the Infobip API key from step 4. Enter the same here.

      b. Infobip Base URL (Mandatory Field) – You will get the Infobip Base URL from step 4. Enter the same here.

      Select the “Update” button to complete the integration of Zuper with Infobip. 


How does Zuper – Infobip Integration work?

1. Whenever new notifications need to be sent to the Customer, the alerts are sent as SMS via Infobip integration.

Note: The Zuper-Infobip integration supports only US and Singapore phone numbers.

Select the “Customer” module from the left panel and choose the Customer for whom you want to send the notification. 
Navigation: Customer --> New Customer / Edit Customer


 2.  Under More Actions,” from the top right corner, select the “Send Email / SMS” option. 



3.  Send SMS by entering the following fields:

 a. Contact Via (Mandatory Field) – Select the “SMS” option to send the notification.

 bContact Number (Mandatory Field) – Select the “Contact Numberfor which you want to send the notification. 

 cSMS Body (Mandatory Field) – Enter the notification message here.
 
 d. Available Components – Choose the relevant components for which the notification is applicable. 

Select the “Send” button to send SMS from Zuper via Infobip.

 SMS notifications are a great way to keep your customers updated regarding their service requests.
