How to explore the Contracts listing and details page in the V3 Zuper Mobile App

The contracts module helps you to manage the agreement created. Here you can add, modify, and merge the contracts. The contracts can be mapped to an organization, and you can create a new job for a customer along with the contract.

Contracts Listing Page:

You can view the list of contracts and their details.

1. Select the "Contracts" module from the top-left hamburger icon.

2. You can view the “Contracts” module listing page. You can view all the contracts in the list view here.

3. You can use the Search” icon to explore the customer details.

4. You can use the down arrow to view the quick filter.

5. You can use the “Filter” icon to sort and filter the customer details. Click the “Apply” button to view the filtered list.

Contract Details Page:


You can view the list of properties and their details.

1. Select the "Contracts" module from the top-left hamburger icon.

2. Select the contract for which you want to view the contract details. 
For the created contract, under the details tab, you can view the Contract Number, Contract Start and End Date, Contract Term, Invoicing details, and Contract Description.

3. You can view the linked modules under the “Associated” tab.

4.   You can add notes and make them public or private notes. You can use images, audio, video, and document as note attachments. Click the Save” button to create a new note.

3.  Use the “+” option to associate the notes with other modules.

5. Use the “Kebab” icon to “Activate,” “Deactivate,” “Share via Email,” or “Share as PDF” the customer.

6. You can view the list of activities you performed under the “Activity” section.

7. You can add a new note or a new job from the contract details.

Service contracts are signed with the customers to offer services for a continuous period. Therefore, the agreement can constantly be renewed or terminated after the period is over. 

A terminated contract implies that the client no longer needs your services. To continue the relationship, Contracts are renewed.
