How to edit employee's details?

The details of an existing employee can be edited in Zuper in two ways.

  • Directly from the Actions column in the Employee tab.
  • From the employee's personal page.

Steps to edit the employee details directly from the Actions column in the Employee tab

  • Log in to Zuper Account.
  • Select the "Employees" icon from the Menu bar on the left side.
  • Find the employee and click on the "Edit" icon in the "action" column.
  • A Pop-up with the employee detail will appear.
  • Edit the required information and click on "Update."


Note: Work hours cannot be updated using this method.

 
  

Steps to edit the employee details from the employee's personal page

  • Log in to Zuper Account.
  • Select the "Employees" icon from the Menu bar on the left side.
  • Click on the title of the employee that needs to edit.
  • Click on the "Edit Employee" button in the top right corner.
  • The employee From will appear.
  • Edit the required details and click on "Save details."
