How to create/edit a asset template ?

Assets are the products or services which are offered to the customers and are recorded in the data base for the purpose of audit while signing a contract. It is essential to maintain all the assets in a data repository.

A) Creating a New Template

The steps to create an asset template are enlisted below,

1. Scroll down the menu bar on the left and select the "Settings" icon in your Zuper Administrator Account.



2. Under the "Configuration Settings" category, select "Assets".

3. On the "Assets" page, select "Asset Templates" and click on the "New Templates" button.

5. Enter the name and description of the template in the respective fields.

6.Select the asset category from the "ASSET CATEGORY" dropdown.

7.Enter the required information for the template, if you would like to create the template using HTML, click on the "HTML button" on the top right.

8. The available components can be used to insert the respective information from Zuper into the template. 

9. Click "Save Template" to save your configuration.



B) Editing existing asset Templates 

10. Similarly, click on the "Edit"(pencil icon) next to the Template to be edited. This will bring up the "Edit Asset Template" window, make the required changes, and click on "Update Template"
