How to create and send a broadcast message in Zuper Web App?

The broadcast message is the option to send a set of messages to group of people in a single click. Whenever the specific team or a group of members who needs to get notified about a message, the broadcast message option is used. 

Broadcast Message

1.  Login to your Zuper account and click "Broadcast" icon from the top right section. 

2. Select "+New Broadcast" button to send a notification. 

3. Fill in the required fields:

a. Send Broadcast To (Mandatory) - Select the required broadcast audience. The options can be: Everyone, Selected Teams, and Selected Users. 

b. Broadcast Action - Select the required option to perform the external link addition. (Optional). Choose "None" if you don't want to perform any action. 

Select an "External Link" and you need to add a link to view. 

Broadcast Period:

You can specify the broadcast time specifications here:

a. Broadcast From (Mandatory)- Select the start date from the calendar picker on which broadcast to be sent. 

Select the time of the day on which broadcast to be sent. 

b. Broadcast To - Select the end date from the calendar picker on which broadcast to be sent. 

Select the time of the day on which broadcast to be sent. 

Your Message:

Enter your broadcast text. 

Choose File:

Select the required attachment.

Important (Checkbox) - You can mark a small tick in this checkbox if you want to send the message as important. 

Sticky (Checkbox) - You can mark a small tick in this checkbox if you want to send the message as sticky note. 

Send as SMS (Checkbox) - You can mark a small tick in this checkbox if you want to send the message as a SMS. 

Click "Broadcast Message" to send the information to the preferred audience that you chosen. 

4. The broadcast message is sent successfully.

5. You can view the past broadcast messages from "Broadcast History" section. 

Broadcast Settings:

1. Select the "Settings" icon from the left panel and from the broadcast settings allows you to view, edit, or delete the existing broadcast messages. 

Note: You can create a new broadcast message from the settings also by selecting  "+ New Broadcast" button. 

The communication for the team is effectively to be done and with the broadcast option, the admin can make a clear information to the group or selected users.
