Create a new service territory:
Service Territory is more like a location range from which a team of employees works on jobs within that territory. You can create a new territory, edit or delete a territory.

Navigation: Settings --> Other Settings --> Service Territory
1. Select the "Settings" module from the left panel, and under the "Other Settings," select "Service Territory."
2. Select "+ New Territory" to add the new region.
3. Enter the following details to create a new service territory:
i) Territory Name - Enter the name of the region.
ii) Territory Color - Choose a unique color for the region.
iii) Territory Description - Enter the description of the region.
iv) Assign to teams - Choose the teams for the region.
v) Territory Type:
a. Zipcodes - Enter the list of Zipcodes.
b. Geo-radius - Mention the radius from the location.
c. Geo-fence - You can draw or map the region on the map.
Select the "Save Service Territory" button to create a new region.
4. Click the "Create" button to confirm the region creation.
5. A new service territory is created successfully.
6. You can "Edit Service Territory" or "Deactivate Territory" by selecting the buttons.
Overlay Service Territory
You can overlay a service territory that you already created from the settings.

Navigation: Maps --> Settings --> Overlay Service Territory
1. Select the "Maps" module from the left panel, and under the settings, choose "Overlay Service Territory."
The service territories are the range of local locations where employees can start the service for the day. You can track the jobs from the map for a particular region created.
