How to create a new contract from a quote?
Navigation: Quotations --> Quotation --> New --> ContractA new contract
can be created easily from the accepted quotations. The contract details will
be pre-filled based on the quotation details.
1. Select the “Quotations” module from the left panel and choose the quotation you want to create
the Contract.
2. From the top
section, select “New” and choose “Contract” to create a new
contract.
3. The Contract
details are pre-filled from the selected Quote, and you can preview all the
details and create the Contract by tapping on the “Save
Contract” option.
4. A pop-up will
appear, and you can select the “Create” button to generate a new contract against the existing Quote.
5. The
new Contract
is created
successfully.
With the new update, the user can easily create the Contract from the Quotation to avoid traversing between modules.
